Can I get a scholarship in PhD from AICTE recognized university after doing M. Pharmacy?


sir, i completed m.pharmacy four year before.am in academics now.now i would like to do phd for full time.whether i can get any scholarship of 10000-15000/month to do phd in aicte recognized university...i dont hve GATE score...am having 78%in m.pharm.
