Can I get a seat in 2nd or 3rd HSCS Haryana State Counseling after scoring 194509 rank in AIEEE?


i got 194509 all india rank in AIEEE . i go for hscs haryana counseling for b.tech biotechnology but i cannot got seat in biotechnology branch.
can i got seat in second or third hscs haryana state counseling.
and my category is all india category (AIC)

i hav got aieee rank in 150000 and state rank is 6002 can i get best in odisha through aieee ranh
