It depends upon your gate percentile.
If your gate percentile is more than 98 then you can go for IIT.
So please prvide your gate rank so that i will calculate your gate percentile.

Yes you have a very good chance of getting into IIT's but I am not sure if you will get your preferred branch. So I would advice you to be patient and wait.
