Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE 2023.

GATE 2023 Age Limit:

There is no age limit for GATE 2023.

Yes, you can appear in NET/SET/GATE after clearing your pending backlogs (i.e; atkt) of previous academic degree courses as once you clear pending atkt of M.Sc. degree course it becomes equivalent to a M.Sc. degree without an atkt as far as eligibility for NET/SET/GATE examinations are concerned.

Qualification:

1. Those who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masters Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test.

2. Age Limit 31 years for JRF No age limit for AP.
