i have done mca so can i give exam of stet ( haryana)...Please tell me if itspossible to do

Yes, You can give the HTET(Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test). Eligibility to write this exam:
You must have 55% in your Post Graduation and 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC.
Age Limit :24-35
You should have a language subject in your graduations and in post graduation.
You can choose your one particular subject like computer and exam include language related questions and GK questions, reasoning questions and current affairs.
