Can I go for either B.Sc or B.Tech after Diploma?

Hi, I have completed 3 years full time regular Diploma course. So, now is it possible to get admission in either B.Sc or B.Tech on the basis of Diploma as I have not done Higher Secondary? Will I get direct 2nd year admission?

Yes, you are definitely eligible for getting admission in B.Sc. or B.Tech degree course after completion of your 3 years full time Diploma course if your discipline for diploma course is as per the subject combination required for pursuing B.Sc. or B.Tech. degree course.

If, you have completed 3 year full-time diploma in engineering degree course, then you are certainly eligible for direct admission to second year of B.Tech degree course through lateral entry.

As you done diploma in engineering course, the most suitable career option for you is Bachelor of Technology course.

Diploma in Engineering candidates from a recognized board with minimum of 60% marks in diploma can apply for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. Depending upon your rank in LEET exam, you can get admission in good engineering colleges directly in second year of engineering.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
