can i go for punjab pcs after completing my graduation i.e after 2014 or shall i apply for pcs now that is in 2nd year of my studies (b.com prof.)??

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the PCS examination after the graduation or even the final year candidates can also apply.

The eligibility to join the PCS is :-
* Candidates must have passed or in the final year from the recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years with relaxation in the age for the reserved category.

So you need to start the preparation for the examination from now to qualify in the examination. The examination is conducted in the three stages and the candidates have to qualify in all the stages for the final selection.
