PCS Placement Papers
PCS, or Patni Computer service s is an international company which is in the market for over 20 years. The company was founded in 1978 and is recognized as the best for application outsourcing. The company is recruiting its resources from campus of leading technical institutes.
Division of PCS Placement paper:
The PCS Placement Papers are basically divided in to 3 major categories. The first category is the category of English, the second category is the analytical ability, and the third section is quantitative ability.
Paper pattern:
There are all together 60 questions asked. The paper is divided in to 3 sections. The first section English has all tog ether 15 questions. 15 questions are also asked from analytical reasoning, and finally 30 questions are asked from the quantitative aptitude. Every section has a separate cut off marks. Every wrong answer deducts some marks from the total result of the candidates under negative marking scheme.
Time allotted for the examination:
The total time given to solve the 60 questions is 70 minutes only or in other words 1 hour 10 minutes only. This denotes that the candidates will have to be quick as well as accurate.
Important Note For preparation:
The English section is very easy and can be done easily. For analytical reasoning and quantitative e aptitude, one will have to focus on Ratio n proportion, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Direction problem, SI, CI, Chain Rule, Blood Relation, and Data Sufficiency.
