I am Science student with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. I am taking IIT-JEE classes as well. Can I go in research field if choose to pursue B.Tech? If yes, then provide the list of exams and their process to go in research field.

You could pursue in research field but not after b.tech. You have to do m.tech for some reputated engineering college such as iit or nit. For getting admission in these institutes you have to qualify your GATE exam after completing your b.tech. Also you can join any research team of your college to assist them and to learn from them. It will help you further in achieving your goals.
