i have passed my 8 exam in 2004. but now i have made fraud certificate of 10 class. can i join army with dulicate certificate.

don't try to be prove smart your self with a feck certificate. after qualifing if it is proved that what the certificate have you published , that is feck,then definately you will get punishment from army.

so it is better to submit original certificate.you may also do your 10 class in correspondance.it will be better to get a certificate easily.

Never try to do that. Its neither ethical nor safe. Its just like putting your hands over burning stove.
The first problem is that you will not be able to do your job well and also when caught you may face huge fines and 3-7 years of jail.
Don't run from work and never. There is no alternate.

Before I write anything, just go through the news which i found posted on few websites.
Port Blair, Jul 13: ''During a recent Army Recruitment Rally held at Port Blair, the Revenue Officials had detected fake local certificates and on the basis of the report of the Tehsildar, Port Blair, a criminal case was registered against it.' (ref: www.newkerala.com, www.centralchronicle.com)

I hope you understood what I mean to say. If you are desperate about joining army, you must try to complete your education and if you can't do so, please drop the idea of cheating.

no, you should not join army by fake certificate.
becuase army people can easily check a difference between real and fake one.
every year lots of candidates are sent back from recruitment due to fake certificate and sometimes they are scolded also.
so, please do not try this.

hai,dear how are you?as you have told me that you have passed the 8th std.and now you have a certificate of 10th std duplicate.
by that certificate you want to ARMY.fast of all who have given you this wrong track.no,not at tall you cant go in army by this certificate and i think you should not go also.
you know if after joining they found out that you have sumbit the duplicate
certificate they will send you in jail.
if you realy want to joint army then you can give this year private exam this year and joint army with respectful and proudful.

Its much difficult as all they all require the original 10th certificate. The only way you have is that you must obtain an original copy of the 10th certificate.

Sorry friend for joining army you should not adopt such unfair practices. These types of practice is just lead you to nowhere else. So please and please don't go through these measures. Its illegal. If you really want to serve the country you should first get your class 10th cleared and then only go for it.

No, I don't think it is possible.

Instead of making fradulent attempts to join higher posts, I feel you can go for many posts in Govt. as well as pvt. sector as "helper", or similar posts.

Even if you apply, just imagine your position, if you were caught.

So, be genuine, and try sincerely. You will be awarded a post that you deserve.

no my dear fraud certificate will led to you a path of imprisonment.its a very good idea that you want to serve the country by joining Army.so its better for you to first pass your 10th class from open school and then do whatever you like to do.

No they wil check your original details with your original certificates so if u produce duplicate means they will file case on you.

hii friend please don try to fool anyone .... its all a fake thing don try for that.. you an your family wil suffer alot in future... never a decision like that submitting a fake certificate... if you get into the academy sure in future you wil get stuck and waste of your job and everyting... so please don fool anyone ....

don,t even try to do this because if you were caught cheating by army then the punishment you will get would be very miserable. So try to do 10th class and get a original certificate. Its not difficult. If small small children can do it, then why can,t you?

Yes, you can apply and you will be served free fooding lodging etc with the application because you are going to be jailed for fraud.

as rule of amy selection is very tough.

you can make your 10th certificate again.go to your school and tell them.they will tell you about the procedure.

Don't try to do such kind of mischievous thing. You will be easily caught because when they verified your certificate number then you will be caught and you will not easily get away from the trap of Army.

So try to do some genuine. Give your exam from open board and then apply for army exams.

you can not join army with duplicate 10th certificate . this is very dangerous for you . in case of duplicate 10th certificate you may have jail or some other punishment according to our low . so you cannot do this otherwise your life is going on danger .

my suggestion for you is that first you complete your ssc and think that where you want yourself to be after five years and than act accordingly.
because without your ssc you cannot go ahead

I sympatheticaly suggest you to avoid this ugly step becase it is wrong and illegal.Nevertheless if you got selected in army with the fake 10th certificate and after verification when army found your documents fake and wrong then they will terminate you from service and can took strict action against.You are 8th pass and you can easily get a job in railway,paramilitary,police etc. as a follower.There is a proverb for you' SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING'

try to read and atleast pass class 10.then go to indian army.i hope you know computer and you have better IQ,then what is the problem to pass class 10??

You can join with the duplicate 10th certificate only in case you have lost it.
Otherwise a clear NO, because it will come under fraud category and it has strict rules.
You also need to affidavit it in case its duplicate.

Please do not do anything like that. Do think of the consequences you will have to face when you get caught trying to fool the army with a duplicate certificate. Joining the army is a lot of hardwork. If you are willing to go through all that hardship, why don’t you put a little effort and get a valid certificate?

Do not do that because Army have very strict rule for that .. and they treat you like dog ...

This is not possible through this certificate you should take again admission or do through distance which you like better. Only then you can get success to join the Indian Army.

You can work hard by taking admission in a very good school where you will be able to clarify your 10th examsand you have a original certificate there will be no need for any duplicate

Doing this may hamper your career completely

hi am muruha i went through all of your replies sir but what punishment do u give to a person who joins army who has failed his 10th but has presented his brother's 10th pass certificate preteded has his own certificate joined and he is still working in army.

Please don't try to do anything such, as its clearly stated in the terms of the NDA forms, that if you try to produce any fake matter, Indian government takes full right to take strict action against you.

So if you are not eligible you should not try for the Indian Army.

You got a dangerous idea of cheating army don't do that if you caught the you have to face the Indian govt.

Sir i did 10th in 2005 and could not join army as soldier because of over age,now i hav done 10th once again from different name and same board and by this if i join army..is this punishable.

What is the punishment for the person who has joined army with fake name and other persons SSLC original marks card and also the person has been retired from the ARMY?
