I completed my diploma in electrical field, mine age in 21 years..... can i join indian army??? if yes , sir please suggest me the right guidance how to apply....., but mine specks power is -1.25......, please let me know sir.., what is the way to join army. . . .

You can join defence services after diploma in engineering.
Indian Air Force
Airmen Group 'X' (Technical Trade)
You should have scored at least 50% marks in the diploma course.
Indian Army
There is no such entry for Indian Army but you can apply for NDA examination.
Indian Navy
Like Indian Air Force, Indian Navy too recruits diploma holder candidates.

You can apply for Group X Technical Trade in Indian Air Force if you are a Diploma In Electrical Engineering.

The age required for this entry is 17.5 to 23 years.

So if you have the age then you can apply for it.

As you are asking for Indian Army post for Diploma Engineering but there is not such entry in Indian Army.

But you can apply for Junior Engineering post in MES (Military Engineering Services). The age for this entry is 18 to 27 years and the exam is conducted by SSC. There will be age relaxation for other categories.

In most of the government jobs there will be written examination means you have to be very well prepared then only you will succeed.

So be prepared for the examination because competition is very high nowadays.

You can not eligible for the Indian Army after completing diploma.

Because diploma is not equal to the 12th standard.

So you need to complete the the 12th standard to join the Indian Army.

So first you can apply for the NDA exam.

NDA - Stands for National Defence Academy

This Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly twice i.e.

NDA - I

and

NDA - II

NDA have three wings i.e.

Indian Air Force

Indian Army

Indian Navy

Eligibility criteria:-

The applicant should be complete 12th standard or it's equivalent from a recognized university.

Percentage is not required for this exam.

PCM subjects are required for the Indian Navy & Airforce wings.

Applicant must be a citizen of India.

The age limits are 16.5 years to 19 years and no upper age relaxation.

For India Airforce and Navy you need to complete 12th standard with PCM subjects but no need for Indian army.

Only unmarried and male candidates are eligible.


Selection procedure:-

Written exam,

SSB interview,

Medical test.


Syllabus:-

Mathematics--> 300 marks,

General ability--> 600 marks.

Total 900 marks.

As you have mention that you have completed your Diploma course but, it is not sufficient for you to get in the Indian Army.....

If you have completed your 12th std. then you can apply for the exam called NDA which can lead you to the National Defense Service and can join you Indian Army......

Only Unmarried Male candidate can apply for this exam, a candidate must have nationality of India....

Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

But, suggestion for you is you have to first of all take admission in Bachelor Course you can apply for it through Lateral Entry process.....

First of all take admission in the relevant branch of engineering course then apply for the Exam called CDS exam.....

CDS stands for the Combined Defense Service conducted once by the Staff Selection.....

No Any Percentages Requirement.....

CDS conducted for four wings:-

• Indian Military
• Indian Navy
• Indian Air Force
• Officer's Training Academy

Age Criteria for Military:-

• Minimum age should be at least 19 years.
• Maximum age should not exists 25 years.

Physical Requirement:-

1. Height of candidate should be at least 165 Cm.
2. Chest expansion minimum 5 cm.
3. Chest should be well develop of 77 Cm. (Male).
4. For Female candidate should be 76 Cm.
5. Vision should be 6/6 corrected with glasses.

As you have said that you have completed diploma and you want to join indian army yes you can indian army through nda entrance exam.
Nda entrance exam is conducted twice in a year by upsc.
ELIGIBILITY:
1.you must be an unmarried female candidate.
2.you must have 12th or equivalent educational qualification.
3.age limit for the exam is 16.5-19 years.
