hi all... my name from dinesh karthick...my educational qualification of completed to bcs course.my ambition for joint with indain army...why mean iam fully intrested force activities i have a one problem now my hight was only 157.cm. but my body is gd fitness and other wise over all o.k.....anyway of me joint with my indian army? pls tell him? my mail address from [email protected]

Dud u cant apply for army after 10 th.....u should be 10+2 qualified with pcm as subjects......but as u are saying u r currently doing btech u can apply for army after btech by giving cds exam.....

Dear Aspirant,

Sorry, you can not join Indian Army direct after 10th or on the Diploma......

for joining India Army a candidate have to apply for NDA examination conducted by UPSC.....

NDA Conducted in Three Wings:

1. Indian Army
   
2. Indian Navy
   
3. Indian Air Force

>> A candidate must have completed their 12th Science from recognized Board with at least 60%.....

>> Only Unmarried Male are eligible for it.....

>> Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.....

>> A candidate must have nationality of INDIA.....

Selection Process:

1. Preliminary Exam
2. Main Exam
3. Physical Test & Interview

If you want to join as an officer in defence then you have to pass 10+2 . Without 10+2 you are not eligible to join any officer posts in defence.

There is NDA exam which is for 10+2 pass and if you want to join Air force or Navy then you have to pass 10+2 with physics and mathematics.

You should try to pass 10+2 if you want to join defence as officer.

On 10th basis there are very low grade posts in Army and i think you are willing to join only officer’s cadre posts in defence.

to join indian army you have to fulfill these basic criterias:

1)you should be less than 23 years old.
2)you should be medically sound.

after you fulfill these criterias you can then give the following exams to join indian army,you can join logistic cadre in indian army:

1)CDSE: it is an exam conducted for graduates by UPSC twice an year and can get more information from :
www.upsc.gov.in

2)UES and SSC: these are the exams conducted by indian army and you can get more information for these enteries from:
www.indianarmy.nic.in/

A candidate should have completed their graduation with atleast 50% from Recognized Universities


Citizenship of INDIA.

Age limite:

For Indian Military Academy : 19-24 Years
For Air Force Academy : 19-23 Years
For Naval Academy : 19-22 Years

Nice to see that you want to join the Indian Army. Indian Army is one of the wings of the National Defense Academy.

The Different wings of National Defense Academy are :

* Indian Army

* Indian Navy

* Indian Air Force

As you have just passed 10th and unfortunately got fail in diploma also you are now 18 years old.

So , you cannot join the Indian Army with these type of statistics.

This is because the quickest way to join National Defense is through cracking the NDA Exam.

The NDA Exam is conducted twice every year by the UPSC [Union Public Service Commission] as NDA-I & NDA-II in the months of April and August.

The Minimum educational qualification required for NDA Exam is 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.

Candidates appearing in 10+2 can also apply for the NDA Exam.

Since , you have just 10th as your educational qualification , you are ineligible for the NDA Exam.

The Other Qualifications Required for NDA Exam are :

** Age Limit :

>> The age of the candidate must lie in between 16.5-19 yrs.

>> No relaxation in age is given to any candidate.

** Nationality :

>> Only Indian Citizen can appear for the NDA Exam.

** Sexuality :

You can only apply for the general duty post in indian army after class 10th for that your age needs to be 17 to 21 years.
If you like to apply for many more posts then you need to apply for the following posts and these includes the following eligibility criteria -
To apply for constant you would like to possess twelfth passed and even have studied regarding book keeping and every one.
Your age must be seventeen to twenty three years to use for constant.
But there'll be the better option than this and that is as follows-
Rather than applying for the soldier clerk you'll apply for the NDA examination after class twelfth as a result of after this examination you'll get the chance to prove yourself in the SSB thats it, if you qualify the test then SSB and examination can decide your selection.
If you like to use for constant then you would like to follow the factors for constant at that time.
-You must have twelfth pass in any stream to use for the NDA examination.
-Your age shouldn't be but 16.5 and not more than 19 years.
-You must be a male candidate to use this. As ladies don't seem to be ready to apply for the NDA examination.
-You shouldn't have any criminal records to use for this examination.

You can join as soldier in Indian Army by simple pass in 10th class by writting
Soldier General Duty exam and the notification of the exam will be announced twice in a year.Age limit is 18-21 years by the time of exam.Height 166cms, chest 77cms, weight 50kg.

Its better to you having NCC A,B,or C certificates, these certificates fetch you additional mark in your exam.

No, you cannot join in indian army after completing your 10th class.The minimum qualification is 12th class to join in indian army and your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years.
So,you will not be able to satisfy the eligibility criteria to join in indian army and after 10th immediately you go for higher studies then can join in indian army by qualifying the NDA exam conducted by UPSC every year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA...

1. A candidate should pass 10+2

2. candidate should be UNMARRIED

3.NATIONALITY- candidate should be CITIZEN OF INDIA

4.AGE LIMIT-A candidate must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is commencing..

5. Educational Qualification: Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education boards are eligible to apply for this entry.

so if you want to join ARMY ,so first complete your 12th,and try to fulfill the above conditions...

yes you are eligible. but for this you have maintain your physical fitness and have to appear for trails. they are also going to held in ludhiana on 8 august. may you try there.

You want to join in Indian Army you can go through the NDA exam which was conducted by UPSC
First do your 11th &12 th class in M.P.C group.Then write the NDA exam.If you qualify for that exam you can join in Indian Army

Qualification For Indian Army

First of all..I want to let you know that there is no examination through which 10th pass outs can get entry to the Indian Army..

Even diploma holders are not eligible..you got to have at least a 12th pass certificate in order to apply for the Indian Army..

There is an examination known as the National Defence Academy Exam which is held every year in April and August by the UPSC for :-

> Air Force Wing
> Army Wing
> Navy Wing

The minimum requirements you must possess for appearing in NDA are :-

1) You must be a 12th pass out or should be appearing for 12th boards..the year in which you appear for 12th boards..

2) You must be having Maths and Physics as your subjects if you want to appear for Navy or Air Force Wing..

3) Only unmarried male candidates can apply for NDA

There are 2 papers in Written Examination..

>> General Ability Test

>> Mathematics

There are rounds which all candidates need to clear :-
