Can I join Indian Navy in any department with Diploma in Mechanical branch?
Dear sir, my name is rajat singh shishodia and i have completed diploma in mechanical in the year 2015 and i would like to join navy. I am having experience of 3.11 years in automobile sector and now i would like to join navy. Can i? How and in which department of navy?

You can apply for the CDS exam.
It is conducted by the UPSC exam every year. You can apply for the CDS exam. You can apply for three branches:- Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force Eligibility for CDS exam:- The candidate must be completed his / her graduation in any recognised University. The candidate who is appearing in final year can also apply for this exam. The age limit of the candidate is varried to vary branches:- For Indian Navy -19 to 22 years For Air Force - 19 to 23 years For Indian Army - 19 to 24 years Selection procedure for this exam:- written exam, SSB interview For more details just you go to the site http://upsc.gov.in. |
