Can I join MS in Germany after scoring 70% till 6th semester? Which exams do I have to write?


I am in tamilnadu.
i have only 48% in 10th.
in diploma i have 87%.
now i am doing my final BE in one private university
i BE i have 70% till 6th semester.
can i able to join MS in germany.
what is the eligiblity to do MS in germany.
what are the exams i have to write.
please tell me about schlorships also...
please clear my doubts.
