Sir i am 18 years old my D.O.B is 05/12/1993 and i am 12th class passed(phy;che;math). Can i join NDA?

NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

This NDA Exam let the candidates to be placed in the following defence services of
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing
if the candidate successfully crack the written exam and if he gives good performance in the Interview after qualifying in Interview.

Being a candidate with a date of birth of 05-12-1993, you are gonig to complete 19 years by 05-12-2012.

As per this criteria, you are eligible to appear for both the NDA Exams which are going to be conducted in this academic year.

As per academic qualification, you should have completed 12th class with any of the stream from a recognized board to be eligible for Army wing.

But to be eligibel for Navy and Air Force wings, you should have gone through Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects.

Here I am providing you the important dates regarding upcoming NDA Exam.

Date of announcement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012.

yes, you can join nda. but you cannot apply for 2012 because application form of nda is gone. I'm also student of class 12 . But you can apply in this december. But first of all you need certificate 12 pass with PCM. So best of luck

NDA stands for National Defence Agency.

NDA Examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

After qualifying NDA Examination you can join Defence Services like :

->Indian Army

->Indian Air Force

->Indian Navy

The Eligibility Criteria:
------------------------

>> The candidate must have to passed 12th class from a recognised university.

>> And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination.

>> The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years.

>> The candiate must be single and medically fit.


Your date of birth 05-12-1993 and you are going to complete 19 years by 05-12-2012.

So, you are eligible for upcoming NDA Exmination.
