Can I join PSG Engineering college after completion of 1st semester of Diploma?

Hi, I am Srinivasan studied in Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, Salem. I have completed 12th and my 12th mark was 906 it is not enough to join the A-grade college. So, I join the diploma course and my first semester percentage is 95%. Can I join the PSG Engineering College now based in this semester results or do I need to wait until completion of my diploma?
