Can I study BE Civil from any Open University after completing Diploma in Civil?


I am joining Diploma Civil in this year and I want to know that after completing the this 3 year full time Diploma in Civil can I join and complete B.E through any Open University?

Yes, you can study B.E Civil Engineering course after completion of your Diploma in Civil Engineering course. Candidates who have passed 12th standard or Diploma in Civil Engineering course from a recognised board/ institute are eligible to pursue B.E Civil Engineering course. Lateral entry admissions in B.E Civil Engineering course are done through lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc.,. which is conducted by your respective state technical board of education.
