Can I study diploma in pharmacy in Ignou? But I do a job. After job I open a medicine shop. It is possible.

As far as you are concerned about the possibility of pursuing Diploma in Pharmacy degree course from IGNOU then I would like to let you know that IGNOU does not offer either Diploma or Degree courses in Pharmacy.
