Can I study MSc(Biotechnology) after completing BSc(Bioinformatics)?
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a student of BSc, studying with Bioinformatics. After completing my BSc, I want to do MSc in Biotechnology. So, I would like to know that can I do MSc in Biotechnology after completing my BSc?

Yes you can pursue M.Sc(Biotechnology) after completing B.Sc(Bioinformatics).
You can change stream without objection. But you must have completed graduation from a recognized university. You must have scored at least 50% aggregate in graduation. |

Eligibility to study M.Sc (Biotechnology) after completing B.Sc (Bioinformatics) are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed B.Sc in any of the following with at least 55% aggregate from a recognised university. Biological Sciences BAMS MBBS BHMS BPT B.Pharm Bioinfomatics Botany Zoology Microbiology Biotechnology Biochemistry Agricultural Sciences |

M.Sc. Biotechnology is a two year post graduation course.
Minimum educational qualification- B.Sc. in any of Biological Sciences, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT and B.Pharm. Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in Biotechnology after completing B.Sc. In Bioinformatics. IIT- JAM and JNU CEEB are some of the entrance examinations for admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology
