Yes, you can do M.Tech. in Robotics after B.Tech. in ECE.

For M.Tech. course minimum eligibility criteria is graduation in technical stream with first division marks from a regonised university.

Yes of course you can go through robotics in M.tech after completing your B.tech in ECE stream.But there are very few Institutes which offers you the robotics course in India.
Some of them namely are:-

IIT(Delhi,Kanpur,Chennai,Mumbai,Kharagpur,Guwahati,Roo rkee)
Jadavpur University
SRM university
PSG college of technology
Birla Institute of Technology and Science

Prepare well for GATE so that you can get selected in IIT's,NIT's or other such good Institutes.Some of the deemed Universities offers a seat through a separate entrance test conducted by them.

Dear Aspirant,

Yes we can do this course in the Btech under graduation also but the problem is only a limited colleges in the India provide this facility.

The affiliated and deemed colleges dont provide these options.Only the top colleges and universities provide these Btech(Robotics).

So for getting the seat in the Robotics you need to choose a good college or get a good rank in the AIEEE or IIT.

So that the value of education is more in these colleges than compared with others.

For women there is a special college which provides these course and that college is Dr.Radha Krishna institute of technology for women(DRITW)

Even this course is available in the Post graduation also that is Mtech.
