Hello Sir, I am recently promoted to 10th standard and I am a student of ICSE Board. I would like to know that in the Board exam, I can use Gel pen? I have search alot but I didn't able to get this information. Please tell me about this.

You can use gel pen. There is no hard and fast rule to use a ball pen. Ball pen are preferred over gel pen and are used in exams as they do not smudge easily and are also more likely waterproof.
Practice makes a man perfect, so if you have any problem writing with a ball pen, start practicing.

Are marks deducted for writing answers with gel pen?
