Hai buddy..
No.. you shpould not use gel pens in any kind of exams.. avoid using gel pens. so dnt use Gel pen in SSC board exam..

Ball pens are preferable as Gel pens have tendency to leak which may make your paper shabby. According to Rules & Regulations do use ball pen for exams.
