yes, you can write Civil services in Telugu. Civil services examination conducted in three stages. In first phase preliminary which is conducted in two languages Hindi, English only. Preliminary must be attempt in anyone of these two languages.In mains you can select Telugu medium as an option. Interview also be conducted in Telugu. Prepare well without any doubt. All the best.

After prelims all main exams conducted in telugu also.

Am completed degree B.A in english medium, so i want write in telugu medium mains exam, is it possible ?
