Now I am working as a teacher in primary school .My dream is to become an IAS officer . But besically we are poor family background .Now I am aged 25 year's. As Hindi is not an official National language why all Central exams are providing only hindi language alone with English.
Is this not against basic fundamental right that is right to equality?
