Dear Friend,
Usually Astrophysics Stream are not included in Engineering Courses,Its a Part of Science and comes under B.Sc and M.Sc Courses.
In order to become eligible for M.Sc Courses in Astrophysics you must have completed your B.Sc Course from any of the Relevant Stream.
Beside this no other Stream students are Eligible for this Courses.

But,There is one more choice you may go with,There are many University especially IISc(Indian Institute of Science) which offers Integrated M.Tech+Ph.D in Astrophysics.
You may Apply for it or Else you have to chose other Stream of Engineering Courses.
