Can we apply for JMFC if we have failed in few papers in LLB?

Hi, I have qualified my LLB degree course but had backlogs in my 1st and 2nd year which is cleared now. So, in such circumstances can a student having backlogs (although cleared now) is eligible to apply for JMFC?

The minimum criteria to apply for judiciary exam is that you must hold LLB degree from a recognised university in India and must be enrolled as an advocate under the Advocate Act 1961 with membership in State Bar Council.

The eligibility criteria differs from.state to state

The age limit for the said exam.is 21 to 35 years
Must be an Indian citizen to apply for exam

Thus if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria , then you can apply for the exam.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
