Yes, you are eligible to pursue M.A Psychology or M.A English.

The common eligiblility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university in any discipline.

While in some of the institution it is mandatory to have bachelor degree in honors in Psychology or English to get the admission.

So, it varies with colleges and institutions. Visit the official website to get the detail information about the admission procedure.

1. The basic necessary qualification for any course at post graduate level is that candidate must have done bachelor's degree in that discipline.

For example if you want to pursue Master of Arts in Psychology then you must have pursued graduation in psychology or psychology as one of the subjects in bachelor's degree.

2. If you have not studied Psychology at all then you can not specialize in this subject at master's degree level.

Yes it is possible that after B.Com you can do either M.A in Psychology or English literature however only few colleges will allow and the choice of subject is based on your interest. M.A in Psychology has more career scope.
