Chances of getting promoted to 3rd year having failed in 4 subjects in 2nd year?

Can I get admission in 3rd year of BA Political Science Honors if I fail in four subjects 2nd year university final exams? Or, do I need to repeat the whole 2nd year once again? Or, is it possible to get promoted to 3rd year and then clear the backlogs?

Both the options are open for you. It all depends upon your college administration and university rules whether they allow you to appear for backlog paper examination in third year or not.

In many universities, candidates with backlogs in 2nd year are allowed to study third year and meanwhile clear odd semester backlogs with odd semester regular exam and even semester backlog with even semester exam.

You can give your college administration undertaking for better performance.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
