is the graguation of cmj is eqvelent to sambalpur university orissa

if i take the degree from cmj university,then can i apply in public sector with the help of this degree?

The CMJ university is recognized under the UGC.
But the university has not been recognized by DCE so it cannot provide distance education
an also NCTE has not certified it.

I did my B.Ed course under CMJ University in 2012. Later, I came to know that the course is not approved by NCTE.Then why does the University run B.Ed course for cheating innocent candidates? Why does NCTE and Meghalaya Govt. keep mump on this crucial issue?
