This is known for its toughness in its marking scheme. So the rankings are hard to get. Now coming to your case, as you mentioned that you have got about 250000 rank in the UPTU Exam, I am really sorry to tell you that you will not get ANY college under this University. If you have any quota, your luck may work. But still you will not get any good course or branch in Engineering. What I would suggest you is that you should take up Engineering in some private college, or you can take a year drop and try again next year for the better results.
