By the acronym UPTU it is understood Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
They conduct UPSEE entrance examination for engineering and medical courses. UPSEE is recognized by all the colleges/universities in Uttar Pradesh and students are preferred first if they have qualified UPSEE. Hence. UPSEE qualified candidates are eligible to apply for admission. However, this is not the only requirement. You class 12 aggregate percentage is also plays an important role in securing a seat for you. You haven't mentioned your class 12 percentage.
