Pattern of UPTU SEE:

This examination includes multiple choice questions from subjects like general awareness, statistics, architecture (drawing aptitude and aesthetic sensitivity), agriculture (chemistry & physics), Biology (Botany & Zoology), chemistry, physics and mathematics.

Eligibility for UPTU SEE:

B Tech (Marine Engineering):

Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum 50% marks in English, at 10+2 or 10th level.

B Tech (Agriculture Engineering):

Passed  Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with subjects related to agricultural discipline.

Candidates with a three year Diploma in Agriculture, from a recognized university, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate, are eligible for lateral entry

B Pharma:

Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and Mathematics, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, or Biology as one of the optional subjects.

Candidate with a three year Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate are eligible for lateral entry

B Arch:

Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, and Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology or Engineering Drawing as one of the optional subjects.

BHMC/BFAD:

Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university.

MBA:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST and OBC, a minimum of 45% marks

MCA:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with 50% marks in aggregate, with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or graduate level. For SC/ST and OBC a minimum of 45% marks
