my gen rank 46732 & obc 14322 which colege i got....please tell me which college

here you have not mentioned your Entrance Examination type, So, we have difficulty to give proper answer for this question.

But normally, Since you got 46732 in general category and 14322 in OBC, it is some what poor rank , but not worry you can get some good college in Orissa , MP, punjab , if you will try .
basically counselling start with the month of july-august for the admission.
