my wbjee rank in 43,475 & my air is 502194(15280-state rank).......in which colleges i can get ece stream & when??

You haven't mentioned which degree course you want to pursue.

With a rank of 43475 in WBJEE you are certainly eligible to apply for admission in college/universities for engineering courses. You would get preference in colleges in West Bengal as candidates qualifying, in AIEEE gets the first preference in engineering colleges across India. WBJEE also get preference but there chances are more in engineering colleges in West Bengal.
Moreover, your class 12 aggregate percentage also plays an important role to get you a seat, which you haven't mentioned.
