The colleges that would accept 30 percentile are:
1-Indian Institute of Planning and Management,Gurgaon.
2-First India School of Business,Gurgaon.
3-S.D.Mewat Institute of Technology and Management,Ferozpur Jhirkha.

i think appear for another year
because at 30%tile no good colleges.
and i don't think that at 30%tile colleges will give you sure placement....

we do MBA to have a good future ahead. So that this MBA would get us nice jobs and salary.

Now there are two things.
1. There are no good colleges who would accept any CAT score below 70
2. Those who are accepting wont be giving you any facility, no good faculty and no placement.

Since you are investing your time and money. I would advice to re appear for CAT next year and try to get good percentile so that you do justice to yourself.
