I get 49000 rank in general ,8332 in girls and 1855 in obc girls which colleges can i get? Govt college is possible or not

You havent mentioned which exam you are talking about.
Still if you are asking for AIEEE , you have chances of getting into NITs though not the best ones but still you can get into a NIT like
nit patna or nit silchar
DO go for secondary rounds of counselling.

i don't think you are going to get good colleges.
govt college is impossible ,just try to take any good private college.
