Sorry friend,

There are no Universities in India which offers free MBBS course.
If you want to study in low fee structure Colleges,then you can apply for Government aided Medical Colleges.
There also you have to pay fees of near about Rs.5,000-10,000.
Whereas Private Colleges fee structures are concerned,they have very high fee structure.Some Colleges even have fee more than 10 lac.
So,if you want to study in low fee structure Colleges,then you must have to score a high in the Medical Entrance exams.
The best Medical Colleges having low fee structure are:

-AIIMS,Delhi.
-Christian Medical College,Vellore.
-Armed Forces Medical College,Pune.
-JIPMER,Pondicherry.
-Maulana Azad Medical College,Delhi.
