Is colour blind person eligible for ground duty officers entry in indian Air Force.

Good that you came up with this question.

As per the Indian forces are concerned they are very particular about the sight fitness of the candidate they employ. As on date, they do not recruit people who are color blind.

As you may know working in the Air forces needs great attention to detail and it is important that the candidate is fit for purpose also.

colour blind person person is not eligible for ground officers entry in Indian Air force. for any other defense service also the colour blind person is not eligible. i have colour blindness. that why i didn't get selected in Air force & Navy.

not allowed for flying and technical branches but allowed for ground duty

if anyone having spectales can join gorund duty branch

i have also rejected by air force and navy both due to colour blindness.i want to know, Is S.S.C.(staff selection commission ) also not allowed colour blindness person OR which Ranks/Post are not allowed persons who suffered with colour blindness
