Company Secretary would be an Good option for you in Finance related world. However, you can also pursue LLB along with Company Secretary.
As company Secretary is study via Correspondence & LLB via regular course. Joint study of Company Secretary with LLB has a wider scope in spite of doing only Company secretary Course. |

Both options are good. Company Secretary jobs with finance is in demand as well as CS with LLB is also in demand. I would suggest you that if you are planing to do CS then do LLB also. Many govt companies required the CS with LLB.

I am a Company Secretary with over five years experience in the management of governance/company secretarial portfolios of many public and private companies. Currently, I am undertaking MBA programme and I would like to know the most suitable option between general management and finance options.
