PCM students have lot of opportunity in Engineering , which is a professional course and its scope never end. Take branches like ECE which has the highest scope, since it involves both Hardware and Software. This will help you to fetch job in both Software and Hardware companies.
You can also take CA, as you have taken mathematics as your main subject.

Dear Friend,
There are lots of courses for which you can apply for but you should mostly prefer to your Interested one only.
As its mostly become difficult to go with the courses which you didn't like it.

Regarding the Courses which will be best in low budgets so try to go with anyone of the following:-
B.Sc IT
B.Sc in your Interested fields.
There are lots of Engineering courses under B.E which are in low budgets but you must have given any one of the Entrance examinations of Engineering in order to join such courses.

From my point of view as you have mentioned that you want low budget courses so go with B.Sc and try to prefer some of the Scholarships.
They are mostly release during the session of Academic programmes.
