Which course to do after MBBS to specialize in Gynecology?

After MBBS how many years does it take to become a Gynecologist? Which course do I need to do exactly to specialize in Gynecologist? Can I do MD with specialization in Gynecology? Is this option available in MD (Master's of Doctor)?
