Which course do I need to study for Civil Judge after completion of B.Com?
I have completed my B.Com. I want to become a Civil Judge. So, which course do I need to study now? Do I need to study LLB or is there any other short term courses available?

Re: Which course do I need to study for Civil Judge after completion of B.Com?
The eligibility to become a civil judge is graduation in law degree or L.L.B.
L.L.B can be pursued in 2 ways: <> After 12th, 5 years integrated law degree <> After graduation, 3 years law degree You can apply for 5 years integrated law L.L.B course after 12th with 50% in any stream from any recognized board or 3 year law course after graduation through CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) entrance exam. On the basis of score in CLAT you can be admitted to top law schools under NLU (National Law University). |
