Procedure to become a civil judge after completion of 12th standard?
Procedure to become a civil judge after completion of 12th standard? Can you please give me the step by step process which I need to follow? What are the courses I need to finish? Please suggest me the right information on this. Thank you!

In our India, there are a lot of colleges and universities, visiting them or finding them on Google: - The Indian Law College and the form of interest exams also come out every year, and probably only after intermediate / 12th, the interest for the Judge You can fill the form of Egajam. Bhai has given eligibility / criteria in Google, see. If not, then ask again.

Its goods to hear that you want to pursue a profession of respect and wisdom, but for such you need to be a graduate in any discipline and then purse LLB for 3 year or altogether 5 years course which is a combined course of graduation and LLB. After acquiring LLB then you need to be posses advocate enrolment certificate issued by Bar Council. Then once you have all the above requisites then you need to appear in the Judiciary conducted by various State Public Service Commission and there you need to qualify 3 stages, viz. Preliminary, Mains and Interview. Once you get pass all the stages and qualifies the exam, you will be send for training for 6 to 12 months and then you will be inducted as Civil Judge (Junior Division) or Judicial Magistrate (Second Class).

Follow these steps to become judge in civil court
>> After 12th i will suggest you to LLB which is bachelor degree in Law. >> For becoming judge you need to be in age limit of 21 to 35 years. >> After completion of LLB you need to compete State Judicial service examination. >> For judge position candidate also need to have a 3 -5 year experience as a registered Advocate in subordinate court. |

The candidate needs to appear for the State Judicial Service Exam to become eligible to apply for the post of a Civil Judge.
Eligibility criteria for Civil Judge are as under :- -The candidate must have passed LLB degree from a recognized university . -The minimum age must not be less than 22 years and the maximum age should not exceed 35 years. -The candidates must have a basic knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script. |

- First of all you must need to obtain bachelor's degree from recognised University. - Attend Law School as soon as you graduate from college. - Complete your Law schools and after completion, you receive a juris doctor degree. - Prepare yourself to be a good judge. - Apply for judge ship in your state. |

Procedure to become a Civil Judge after completion of 12th standard:-
To become a Civil Judge you need to write the civil judge (Entry Level) Examination. Eligibility Criteria for this Exam:- The candidate must have a citizenship in India as per the nationality standard. Age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have 21 to 35 years of age. Education qualification needed for the exam is that the candidate must have completed degree in law from a recognised University with a fair %. Eligibility criteria:
The candidate must have passed LLB degree from a recognised University. The candidate needs to appear in the state Judicial Service exam to become eligible to apply for the post of a judge. The candidate must have practice as a lawyer in the High Court for more than 10 years to become eligible to appear for the state Judiciary exam conducted by respective States. The minimum age requirement to become a judge is 45 years. The candidate must be an Indian. |
