Hi, I wish to become a Scientist and join Indian Defence. So, can I achieve this by doing B.Sc Physics and M.Sc Physics? Or, do I need to do any other course or specialization in B.Sc and M.Sc?

Candidates can opt for UPSC /CDS/ SSB/NDA/ NA level exam or can persue graduation in defense studies from state level universities.
For Technical level entry , one can apply through SSC after completing BE/B.tech degree .

Those who want to make a career as medical scientist can persue bachelor's degree in biology , chemistry or related field.
Taking class in subjects like life science, physical science and maths can also be helpful.

The most common way to join Indian army after graduation is through CDS exam.
It's a common entrance exam that is held twice every year in September/october and february/march by UPSC.
