Which course to study for graduation in order to get jobs in banking sector?
I am student of Science stream with subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and I got 71 percent marks in 12th standard. So, my question is can I apply for government bank job after graduation? Further, what should I choose for graduation?

For seeking banking sector jobs such as bank clerk or bank probationary officer jobs there is no requirement of a specific stream to be studied at graduation level and hence for getting into banking sector, you can opt for any stream for your graduation degree course.

Candidates passed bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for banking recruitment examination.
So, you can pursue the bachelor degree according to the course of your choice. The age limit and examination procedure varies. Examination is conducted by IBPS, SBI etc for the recruitment. |

Candidates passed bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to appear for banking examination conducted for recruitment as Clerk, PO etc.
The age limit varies with examination. So, you can pursue bachelor in any course. The examination is conducted by IBPS and SBI. The examination is conducted in three stages including interview. Candidates have to qualify in all for final selection. |

Banking recruitment examination is conducted by IBPS and SBI.
The common eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit varies with examination. There is no limitation on discipline of bachelor degree for appearing in the examination. |
