Which course to study via distance mode while working as a Lab Assistant in School?

Currently I am working as a Lab Assistant in Higher Senior School in Rajasthan and I am in my probation period now. So, is it possible to study also via distance mode while continuing my job? If yes, then which course would be better for me relating to my current job profile?
