you need graduation for getting good job with good salary in gulf countries.
If you completed B.tech in mechanical engineering, then write the Gate exam,
with the gate score you will get seat in good university. You can appear GATE with Mechanical Engineering paper and apply for M.Tech. in Petroleum engineering.For Petroleum Engineering the best college would be
ISM Dhanbad.Admissions for this college is done on the basis of gete score only.
