Sir, i want to do B.Sc(audiology and speech therapy )from AIIMS,New delhi. I would like to know the criterion of admission in this course,what is the qualification required for it,what is it's fees,is there any age limit for this course ,how many seats are there in this course. kindly send information regarding this course.What are the future prospects of this job.

you must have completed Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.I think all admission in AIIMS are through entrance exam. The scope is good I think one can be appointed as practitioners in hospitals, teachers in institutions, or can be hired by social welfare departments of governmental as well as non governmental organizations.

AIIMS runs a variety of undergraduate courses in medicine.For B.Sc (Hons)Paramedical courses is 50% in 10+2 or equivalent in physics,chemistry,biology or maths and english. For tuition fees details meet the admission incharge AIIMS.

Admission for B.Sc(audiology and speech therapy) is not specified/included in the Exam schedule of AIIMS exam section.

Basic qualification: 10 +2. For age, fee structure, no. of seats you have to call the exam section of aaims.

Yes, you have to write entrance exam conducted by aiims for getting admission.

Unfortunately, this particular course is not listed for this years exam schedule

Notification comes in March each year and exams will be held in June.

friend , for pursuing B.Sc. from most prestigious AIIMS , you need to fight it's entrance test which has already held on 13th june so for that , you need to wait for the next year or can go for some other good colleges like CMC , AFMC , JIPMER , etc.

Students from the science background can take up this B.Sc course of 3 years duration. Specialization is possible after B.Sc, in M.Sc course which is of 2 years duration.

Well, your intention of doing B.Sc (Audiology and Speech Therapy) from AIIMS,New Delhi is indeed commendable. Now coming to the nitty-gritties of the AIIMS course, it is a B.Sc (Hons) degree course offered by the Rehabilitation Unit of Audiology and Speech Therapy (RUAS) of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery. The most coveted course in this field (as far as India is concerned), the program admits only three candidates every year.
