D.El.Ed (ODL), Assam passed candidates are eligible to apply for TET or CTET or not?

I have passed the Diploma in Elementary Education D.El.ED (ODL) mode under SCERT from Assam. Now, can I apply for either STET or CTET (State level Teacher Eligibility Test or Central Teacher Eligibility Test)?
