Is DAC (diploma in Advanced computing) better than MSc in IT.....please give me the details

Diploma in Advanced Computing (D.A.C.) is diploma level Computer Science course. The duration of this course is six months.

M.Sc. Information Technology or Master of Science in Information Technology is a postgraduate Science course. The duration of this course is two years.

As per my knowledge, M.Sc. Information Technology is best as comparison to Diploma in Advanced Computing.
